职位一，Network Consulting Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To help customers maximize network availability and functionality to achieve their business goals. The NCE delivers the technologies; solutions and services customers need to expertly manage their networks.
• Act as the "Cisco’s face to the customer," working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments.
• Responsible for providing consultative, proactive and/or reactive support to Cisco accounts.
• The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues.
• Technical requirements: NOS Delivery – Network Operations Service, DCN – Data Center Network

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the IT industry.
• CCNA, CCNP certifications are required.
• Must have good knowledge of Cisco product lines and technology.
• Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.
• Possess good technical account management skills.
• Have strong communication and customer facing skills.
• A language skill in Mandarin is a must, and fluency in Japanese is also very important.

要求：
1.　コンピューター専門の本科以上の学歴を持っている
2.　CCNA/CCNP/CCIEなどインタネット認証資質を持っている
3.　1年以上のネット（net）、サーバー（server）、ルート（route）、スイッチ（switch）、ストレージ（storage）など関連の仕事経験を持っている
4.　英語/日本語/韓国語は、少なくとも1種の言語に精通している。
