Job Description

• ？Take responsibility of problem solving in production.负责生产过程中的问题解决
• Comply work instruction and give training to operators.遵守作业指导书并对操作工进行培
• Optimize value stream and process, improve KPI in responsible area.优化价值流和流程，提高责任区的KPI
• Cooperate with cross function as team leader and member for improvement.与跨部门合作作为团队领导和改进成员
• Accept other task arranged by direct manager.接受直接经理安排的其他任务

Qualifications

• knowledge competencies and attributes 本科或以上学历
• Automotive components industry, brake pad engineering or production experience preferred.汽车零部件行业，刹车片工程或生产经验优先
• Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
• Good communication and team cooperation. Good willing to take responsibility.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神和责任心
• Good problem solving ability.良好的问题解决能力
