Job Discription

1.   Coordinate with Retail and Consignment team, merchandise team to ensure the allocated goods are picked accurately shipped out timely to meet target KPI.   

2.   Work with 3PL service providers to supervise & streamline the deliveries of merchandises to our retail stores on a regular basis or according to our requirements.    

3.   Participates in on-going implementation of cost control/logistic expense analysis and operational procedures in order to increase service levels.   

4.   Responsible for periodic physical inventory taking with 3PL distribution centers, reconciling and report them to management, and make necessary adjustments.    

5.   Work with 3PL service providers to supervise & streamline the deliveries of merchandises to our retail stores on a regular basis or according to our requirements.    

6.  Support logistic other function such as inbound operation and franchise shipment arrangement, to meet the performance achieved KPI, study issue and give solution.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3+ years working experience of shipping/logistics operations in retail industry. Apparel/Retail industry working experience is preferrer

• University or above graduated in international trading /industrial engineering / or logistics Management
• Team work with good communication skill with both internal and external parties in local language as well as in English (both written / reading and verbal)
• Familiar with retail operation in logistic, distributions and warehouse management, with Ecommerce , Cross board trading experience will be a plus
• Solid knowledge in transportation and inventory accuracy management
