- 5. 熟悉MS等办公软件
- 6. 可用英语流畅听， 说， 写
- 7. 具有良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神

This is a R&D Engineer role, reporting to R&D Team Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Distribution Solution located in Xiamen, China.

- Managing project, driving activities moving forward with structure approach, giving technical support and response on technical clarification, supporting engineering order implementation.
- Supporting on production marketing, which includes the documents prepare also the F2F promotion, supporting problem solving on site, including issues during product industrialization mass production.
- Giving support on Product management for engineering applications, supporting engineering order implementation, supporting on production marketing, which includes the documents prepare also the F2F promotion.
- Participating into R&D project and supporting on product launch for mass production.
- Cooperating with Project Management Team on new business model (LCA, co-manufacture) carry forward, supporting on global marketing activities.
- Updating information / situation needs locally and globally, supporting on any quality case need R&D support.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- BS in mechanical/electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience or MSc in mechanical/electrical engineering with minimum 2 years’ experience in R&D.
- Familiar with the commonly used engineering materials and related manufacturing / processing.
- Should be capable to use 3D drawing software, for example CAD software, familiar with Microsoft office software.
- Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability;
- Have a certain ability of communication and coordination, pay attention to cooperation, and can withstand certain work pressure;
- Good in oral, reading and expressing technical solutions in English
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
