1、参与开发前期规划：客户标准识别、节点评审、交样评定、装车实际确认及问题点改善，防呆防措装置和设备的试用。

2、参与检具设计，负责检具的验收及说明书的制定。

3、负责新项目和量产品产品实验计划、MSA计划、SPC计划、过程审核计划、产品审核计划的制定与实施。

4、质量计划的制定：过程流程图、过程FMEA、过程和试生产控制计划、进料检验标准/记录、产品检验标准/记录、出货检验标准/记录、检具使用说明/记录、试验设备使用说明/记录的制定。

5、负责对生产和检验员进行品质标准的培训。

6、负责供应商品质管理、评价。

7、负责不合格问题的管理和监控（工厂内部、客户抱怨、供应商），制定8D及5W报告。

8、负责新项目和量产品的品质数据收集、分析与改善，品质目标的达成。

9、客户品质维护/异常处理，客户审核的对应。

10、PPAP文件的准备。

岗位要求

1、三年以上汽车行业及ISO TS 16949 相关工作经验。

2、工程、机械或相关专业大专以上学历。

3、熟练掌握阅读2D/3D CAD文件图纸，GD&T的标准等技能。

4、具有质量计划/APQP工具/PPAP/统计工具（SPC/MSA）等相关知识技能及工作经验。

5、团队合作意识、专业的工作方法、注意细节、良好的沟通能力，能处理解决实际发生的问题及具备开发文件的能力。

6、良好的英语能力，能阅读各种书面、口头形式的英语工作指导书及图表、计划表格，与总部、供应商、客户进行有效交流。
