岗位职责： 

1、负责用户投诉现场应对，妥善安抚用户，及时准确反馈事件情况；

2、负责自动驾驶robotaxi用户来电的接听、回访、汇总及上报；

3、负责对用户信息做好登记和更新工作；

4、负责组织坐席现场日常工作开展；

5、组织开展日常的用户关怀回访工作，接受并记录用户传递的意见及建议；

6、协助呼叫中心物理搭建及相关文档建立，完成中小型外包呼叫中心组建。

岗位要求：

1、一至二年电话客服管理工作经验；

2、热爱工作、敬业、勤恳、乐于思考，具有自我发展的主观愿望和自我学习能力；

3、要有“客户为先”的服务精神，一切从帮助客户、满足客户角度出发；

4、性格沉稳、隐忍，善于倾听，有同理心，乐观、积极；

5、普通话标准、流利，反应灵敏；

6、上级交办的其他工作。
