Job description:

1.  Follow up sales leads and keep in regular touch with potential clients;

2.  Answer enquiries through email and provide quotation to clients accordingly;

3.  Database generation and daily updating in CargoWise 1 System;

4.  End to end follow up for ongoing FBA shipments. Keep communicating both internally and externally;

5.  Daily communication with UK team and provide necessary support or assistance;

6.  General customer service to clients;

职位描述：

1.  跟进公司潜在客户，促进业务生成；

2.  回复询价邮件，按需求提供报价给客户；

3.  在CW1系统中新建及维护数据信息；

4.  端到端货运跟进，及时传递信息；

5.  为国外团队提供必要的支持和协助；

6.  其它日常客户服务工作；

Qualifications:

1.  College Degree or above with basic knowledge of logistics industry;

2.  More than 2 years working experience in international logistics industry. Preferred in global freight forwarding companies;

3.  Good command of English and skillful computer operation is a must;

4.  Acceptance of flextime or OT if necessary;

5.  Be proactive, responsible, teamwork spirits;

6.  Knowledge regarding FBA and e-commerce logistics, Shenzhen domicile will be a plus;
