Responsible for retail marketing programs & in store communications for Columbia stores in China to enhance consumer store experience and store sales. 

  

 

  

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  

1. Plan and formulate retail marketing programs that aligned with ATL & BTL activities

2. Communicate with retail & wholesales team and work with VM team to develop in store communication materials including campaign materials, in store graphic, consumer catalogues, in store video etc.

3. Work closely with VM team to create prominent & effective in store display tools and demo unit for product storytelling and technologies

4. Monitor regions’ VM execution and budget, ensure excellence in retail presentation and campaign launch on time

5. Develop campaign GWP idea, sourcing & price negotiation with vendor. Monitor regions premium inventory and usage situation

6. Explore opportunity with retail & wholesale team to drive sales and traffic to the store with expanding the consumer network.

7. Develop retail trade promotion program and consumer engagement project with internal business partners and ensure to deliver best in class execution.

8. Develop consumer retention programs with retail team for direct retail stores

9. Analyze performance and effectiveness of retail marketing & VIP programs

10. Work closely with VM team to develop communication message for sample rooms. Prepare retail marketing idea for marketing presentation in tradeshow

11. Monitor & report competitor retail marketing programs & calendar

 REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

  

Education：Degree or above, major in Marketing, Communications or related
