Accountable for NSB Cloud service and product components security compliance

Provide security service and solution for cloud hosting application, Cloud security operation support and Cloud audit support

Work Scope

1. Understand NSB cloud strategy and the technical roadmap on cloud. Define, implement and maintain corporate cloud security policies and procedures

2. Support NSB Security Architect to identify compliance gap when organization move to public cloud; To meet NSB Security requirements via cloud adoption from technical standpoint; Provide technical supervision for (and guidance to) a Cyber security team

3. Put Cloud risk management in place, practice and compliant with NSB Security requirement. 

4. Follow Cloud best practice and NSB SOP to secure the data. Ensure that the data leave from endpoint and transit to cloud is still protected. Understand cloud service provider performs data encryption at rest, approach of the key management and data redundancy. Enforce data encryption on the file itself and encrypt the transport layer.

5. Responsible for Identity and access security on the cloud. Summarize identity provisioning requirement in terms of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS. Evaluate how to more securely automate the identity provisioning 

6. Evaluate cloud service provider options to control data access, Enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Requirement for service provider:

1. More than 3 years of security experience and include at least 1 years experience on cloud security management experience. Have experience with Azure, AWS, Ali or other Cloud and also have experience with Cloud security by design

2. Familiar with Cloud Native and Cloud Security related technology (Docker/ Microservice / Develops etc.). 

3. Familiar with Secure CI/CD related

4. Have expertise with Security assess of cloud- native/serverless environments. Solid Public Cloud product knowledge, AWS, Azure and so on. Well understanding IaaS, Passas and comparison to on premise IT System in terms of Security principle.

5. Familiar with cloud risk assessment procedures, policy formation, role-based authorization methodologies, authentication technologies.

6. Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 

7. Good communication skill and team work spirit
