Job Responsibilities:
? Provide 24 * 7 L1 production support 4 opening position(Jr.level)
? Provide L2 & L3 production support 2 opening position(Sr.level)
? Support COB and BAU hardware/software upgrade
? Follow APPC change and problem management procedure
Requirements
Technical Skill:
? UNIX(AIX)
? ORACLE
? PL/SQL
? Websphere
? JAVA
? BO(Business Objective)
? TWS/Autosys
Other requirements:
? Candidates with domain knowledge in Banking system.
? Proficient verbal and written English.
? Work independently and work under pressure
? Strong analysis and problem solving skill
? Familiar with APPC change procedure and APPC problem management procedure
