PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责

1. Follow the company standard and working process

  

遵守公司标准和工作流程；

  

2. Supervise contractors on site for safety and quality

  

监管和指导施工承包商在客户现场的压力容器和压力管道安装的施工安全和施工质量

  

3. Delivery best customer experience and highest quality during installation, maintenance and service

  

提供***的客户体验和***的服务质量，无论是安装、维修或者是服务

  

4. Perform maintenance and service at customer site on the company equipments

  

根据主管安排在客户现场对公司的设备进行维修、维护，包括低温压力容器、管道、仪表等设施

  

5. Provide proactive activity of maintenance and service in the responsible territory

  

能够自主对所在区域的客户进行预防性保养和客户维护

  

6. Complete and make available such paperwork or computerized returns, reports or inspections as may by deemed necessary by management.

  

完成书面文件或计算回报率，报告或调研被视为必要的管理工作。

  

7. Respond to emergency call-out arrangement outside normal working hours.

  

在正常工作时间之外，应对紧急上门维修任务。

  

8. Liaise with customer’s representative in carrying out installation and maintenance tasks.

  

在执行安装及维修任务时，与客户代表保持联络。

  

9. Ensure that the allocated vehicle and all tools, equipment and instruments supplied are in good order.

  

确保分配的车辆及提供的所有工具、设备和仪器在良好的状态。

  

10. Attend training and assessment sessions as deemed necessary by management.

  

参加必要的培训和评估会议。

  

11. Supervise contractors to the correct standards and specifications of work.

  

监督及修正承包商在工作中的标准及流程

  

12. Under guidance, carry out site surveys and compile labor and material estimates for projects.

  

在指导下,开展现场调查及为项目预估劳动力和材料配置。

  

13. Give appropriate training to customers, apprentices or others who may come within the area of activity.

  

给客户，学徒或其他可能在区域内工作的人员提供适当的培训。

  

14. Perform any other work which the manager deems to be within the capability of the job holder, just like apply the tank license.

  

负责执行其他任何主管经理认为在此岗范围内的工作，例如申请储罐许可证。

  

15. Complete pressure systems examination/electrical regulation tests and examinations when certified to do so.

  

在需要认证时，完成压力系统检查/电气规定测试及检测。

  

16. Fill out forms to comply with ISO requirements.

  

根据ISO要求，完成相关表格。

  

17. Maintain the pipeline & valves & vacuum in the tank.

  

维护储罐的管道和阀门及真空。

  

18. Help company to collect customer information as soon as possible and as much as possible.

  

帮助公司尽可能的收集客户的信息

  

19. Promote the company’s products and services to customers, whenever the opportunity arises

  

在有条件的情况下，推荐公司的产品和服务。

  

20. Control site construction to get lowest installation cost within standard

  

控制现场施工成本，在满足公司及国家标准下降低成本

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求：

  

1. 3+ years in Gas, Chemical or related industry in project maintenance. Experience in cryogenic and construction also desirable.

  

至少3年以上在气体，化工或相关行业的项目维修经验。有低温领域及施工经验背景的更佳。

  

2. 2 years special school in Engineering or Chemical is mandatory.

  

必须有2年在工程或化学专业的学习经历。

  

3. Car driving skill.

  

有驾照可驾驶。

  

4. High Communication skill.

  

很好的沟通能力。

  

5. Computer skill in word and Excel

  

会使用Word及Excel软件

  

6. Knowledgeable on pressure vessel, pipeline system and accessories
