- 1. 根据具体项目设计流程(质量控制计划)，并对相关人员进行培训；
- 2. 对负责范围内的产品的质量事故（采购物料/现场/客户投诉）组织相关人员进行分析，形成改进计划并实施，最终检查行动结果；

- 1. 机械专业/材料专业/质量管理专业大学专科学历以上学历，4年以上质量相关工作经验；
- 2. 理解图纸尺寸标注及形位公差要求，并知晓常用检测方法；
- 3. 知晓常用测量方法及测量不确定度；
- 4. 熟悉机械加工工艺并能评价加工流程的质量风险；
- 5. 熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系标准及具体体系审核经验；
- 6. 熟练应用质量工具进行质量改进活动；
- 7. 知晓SAP系统的应用，熟悉操作电脑，office软件使用及LN邮件系统的使用；

ABB Turbocharging manufactures and maintains turbochargers for engines on ships, power stations, diesel locomotives and large, off-highway vehicles. We focus on how to help our customers today, while driving innovation in anticipation of future challenges.

You will be responsible for Quality control related activities on a range of assignments for Turbocharging products in Industrial Automation Business Area, China. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible to develop process and control methods to standardize operation in controlled condition based on company policies and objectives. Monitor and inspect the implementation of process and control status, perform continual improvements, to ensure stable and consistent product quality meeting requirements.

- Developing Quality Control Plan (QCP) for the products and keeping Quality Control Plan up to date. Providing training to the interested party for proper implementation of QCP.
- Organizing the investigation of nonconformances (of purchased material/in-house processes/customer complaints) of responsible products to develop corrective actions and verification of the implementation.
- Performing Quality Observation tour on processes to identify and initiate opportunity for improvements.
- Reviewing current process and controlling the company policy of its effectiveness and suitability and identifying any area for improvements.
- Complying with the development and change of the company, initiating and organizing the development of new processes or improving the available processes.
- Proposing the improvement scheme to related parties.
- Providing training of process and control to the related personnel.
- Collecting data and performing data analysis to identify the opportunities for improvement. Utilizing quality skills like DMAIC, 8D, etc. for improvements.

- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical manufacturing/material manufacturing/Quality management or similar field.
- More than 4 years of experience in Quality role.
- Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes and tools, including Geometry Dimension & Tolerance, and corresponding measuring methods.
- Must be able to read and understand mechanical manufacturing drawings.
- Must have knowledge of measurement and inspection methods in mechanical manufacturing industry and be skilled in utilization of quality tools in investigation and improvement.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 QMS and experience in QMS audit, Mechanical manufacturing processes, like machining, casting, etc., and be able to evaluate the risk of these processes.
- Must have experience in SAP and office software and good verbal and written English communication.
