The Architect will be involved in many different project phases, often at the same time :

Commercial Phase :

Understanding the Client needs

• Designing general layout proposals

• Presenting proposals to a Client

• Examining critically / optimization / simplification of a proposal

• Preparing conceptual designs (General layout, sections, elevations) with CAD or Revit.

Building Permit Phase : In China, the drawings for building permits are prepared by the Design Institute (LDI). Our GSE design department, in which the Architect belongs to, will check, review and supervise all drawings produced by the LDI including in 3D (if the project uses BIM technology).

Construction Phase: Our construction team that handles project delivery, do sometimes needs assistance and support from our in-house architect for :

• Help in making architectural choices.

• Help in designing / drawing construction details

• Design for potential change orders required by the Client during site works

For each of these project phases, suggestions and initiatives that will lead to improved or optimized offers will be required.

Requirements：

• Bachelor of Architecture
• Organized, professional, motivated, willing to commit themself

• Autonomous capacity for all types of projects

• Capacity to analyze, synthetize, and express their opinion / ideas

• Capacity to work in a multi-discipline team: Ability to listen, to talk and communicate with others

• Capacity of artistic ability to propose unique, top-notch designs for client’s assessment.

• Capacity for verbal and graphical communication

• Master of AutoCAD and SketchUp, experience of using BIM for the space management ,Experience of Revit would be a plus.

• Good command of English both in oral and written.
