This engineer must have knowledge in the following fields:

• Plumbing and Fire Fighting for offices, Warehouses, industrial plants. 

• Fire Fighting as Sprinkler, Fire Hoses and Hydrant is fully required as Warehouse and industrial buildings mostly contains such system (Fire Fighting codes as Chinese, FM, NFPA must be known)

   

The engineer will have to do in his Plumbing and Fire Fighting field:

• Schematic design (design assumption / principle drawings / calculation for sizing) and general technical specifications related to the Plumbing and Fire Fighting packages.  

• Detailed works quotation with BOQ and works description according to tendering document of GSE’s client. The engineer must have a deep knowledge in Plumbing and Fire Fighting cost and prices in China.

• Explain deeply and clearly his quotation during commercial meeting with GSE team and its Client

• To control if design Institute works are in accordance with GSE Contract

• To do and build the tendering document (equipment quantities, works descriptions, drawings)

• To choose the right MEP subcontractor and to manage it all along the project.

• To check on site if works schedule and quality issues are in accordance with GSE‘s contract.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Water Supply and Drainage specialty.

1. 3+ years work experiences in industry design institute.

1. Experience in warehouse and workshop plant design.

2. 2+ years work experiences in EPC company.

3. Experience in Plumbing and Fire Fighting design, cost estimating, purchase and construction contracts development, supervision, project management and on-site commissioning.

4. Very Good English level is required.

5. AutoCAD knowledge is required and good practice of Microsoft office software (excel, word, PowerPoint). Knowledge about BIM (3D modeling) software (Revit) appreciated.
