职位描述
岗位职责:
- Design, Installation, configuration, patching and upgrading of database server software and related products
- Establish and maintain sound recovery and backup policies and procedures
- Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges).
- Ensuring data integrity and availability
- Establish and execute periodic disaster recovery testing
- Performance management, and tuning
- Database management, monitoring, and maintenance
- Capacity planning
- Database licensing
- Database security, and encryption
- Evaluation of database features and database related products
- Provide Database compliance
- Database administration for Oracle on premise and in cloud
- Setup and maintain documentation and standards
知识/技能/能力/学历:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree with knowledge of database concepts
- A minimum of 8 years of supporting a production Oracle database in a corporate 24x7 environment
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Administration of Oracle 11g,12 C
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Install, upgrade, maintain and support Oracle Instances on AIX operating system
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Database administration in SQL Server (2008,2012,2016 )
- Experience with Oracle database products such as Real Application Clusters (RAC), Active Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Strong performance tuning skills in a large database environment
- Proficient AIX and LINUX skills
- Experience in other DB servers like MySQL, MangoDB, PostgreSQl is a plus

- This role requires complex, large enterprise business environment experience.
- Extensive experience with Database troubleshooting to identify root cause。
- Work within a team environment, manage systems, lead upgrades, coordinate installs and work from a ticketing queue.

TCS pioneered the entry of Indian IT industry in China in 2002 and remains at the forefront of that thrust. TCS is the first WOFE (wholly-owned foreign enterprise) in China and now operates 6 Global Delivery centers (GDCs) --Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Dalian.
TCS has been focusing on creating intellectual investments in China by bringing pioneered offshore development methodology into the country. TCS continues to hire talented engineers and IT professionals from the region and its universities, strengthening its existing base in China. Today, TCS China has capabilities in providing services in 9 different languages including English, Mandarin (S & T), Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese.
In 2005, TCS was invited by Chinese Government to form a Joint Venture (JV) to create a large scale global offshoring base in China.
