Main Duties:
The Operations Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations and short/long-term planning for the groups they manage. They manage manufacturing, production control, tooling, PMC, EHS, shipping/receiving, etc.
Leading role in ensuring site level regulations are adhered to. Drive the site as center of excellence for manufacturing and supply chain, able to deliver high quality product across both high and low volume environments.
Lead the team in tracking and continuous improvement KPIs, ensuring financial performance is achieved and paths are set for year on year improvement.
Work on the Manufacturing footprint and 5 year strategy, regularly updating and improving on targets and goals to establish a best in class environment
Provide clear and unambiguous leadership on effective employee communication, engagement and development, ensuring the team challenge and address employee relations issues.

Requirements：
B.S. degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field.
Advanced Degree preferred.
12+ years experience in plant/ operations management
Experience in Lean tools/methodologies (Six Sigma BB, Tool Champion, etc.)
Multi-site and multi-country experience.
Strong analytical skills, strategic and tactical thinking, and problem solving attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strong leadership skills
Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels
Demonstrated ability to motivate all levels of the organization
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international organisation
Fast learner, able to quickly familiarize her/himself with existing methods and practices and new concepts/ideas
Fluent in Chinese and English both written and spoken
