Specific Responsibility  

  

To achieve sales target in the assigned area by

  effectively manage distributors and key stores.     

  

Ensure the POS coverage

  by professionally management of the distributors and stores through an

  efficient visit plan.

     

Execute company required

  standards and programs to ensure the planned objectives can be achieved.

     

Identify and develop customers submitting

  professional proposals to the Area Sales Manager based on market development

  opportunity assessment and within the company standard procedures.

      

Work out the reasonable daily, weekly, monthly

  store/accounts visiting plan to ensure effectiveness and productivity.

      

Other tasks assigned by Area Sales Manager

Education:

Graduate from vocational school or possess college's

degree or above[EG1] 

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ sales representatives.

Experience in multinational FMCG industry is aplus.

Experience on offline sales channel

development is a plus.

 Special

requirements: 

Fast learner, enthusiasm, good communication

skill with customers/clients, willing to do attitude

Specific

Knowledge and Skills: 

Strong ability on customer relationship.

Good understanding on customers’ request and can

manage their expectation in a reasonable way.

Strong execution capability to achieve sales target.

Ability to identify, prioritize, and

articulate high impact initiatives.

Independent work and can work in highpressure.

English language skills are a plus.
