Role and responsibilities

1- Timely and accurately posting of supplier invoices to meet the tax and other compliance regulations

2- Arranging and submitting the payment list to cashier according to the payment schedule.

3- Preparing prepayment schedule

4- Accounts payable process improvement (reduce the payment cycle, increase the booking accuracy and efficiency)

5- Assisting statutory audit, internal audit

6- Assisting the Accounting Manager to complete ad hoc project; to solve ad hoc problems

Skills required

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance and relevant major.
• At least 1 year AP working experience, and know AP accounting flow.
• Have Basic English knowledge, know finance professional English, could communicate in English email.
• Excellent computer skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
• Well communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality.
• Self-discipline, self-motivate.
