岗位职责:

? Oversee the daily operations of the revenue cycle in the hospital
? Oversee the regular operations of the FP&A team
? Responsible for the management accounting of the hospital and all associated reporting
? Develop Annual Operating Budget for submission to UFH Management for approval.
? Develop, implement and report on a monthly basis a Business Review for all Revenue Service Lines. This review should include:
？ Assist clinical staff to develop strategic clinical plans that will drive the business
？ Develop format of Business Review.
？ Provide Financial and Analytical Data to Service lines for preparation of the review.
? Develop, implement and report a monthly projection of UFH performance.
? Develop, implement and report on a monthly basis key performance indicators of the revenue cycle.
? Actively participate in periodic audits, SOX404, implement and monitor internal control related to the Revenue Cycle function.
? Responsible for the patient AR and patient deposits on the Balance Sheet and associated financial account balances and reconciliations (only those related to the Revenue Cycle, i.e. 1115, 1118, 2061/2062)
? Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

任职资格:

? Bachelors Degree of Health Care Administration or Finance / Accounting, and / or Accounting, Master Degree preferred.
? 5 years related experience.
? This position will require strong people skills and strong data analytical skills
? This position requires a though understanding of Revenue Cycle operations in a hospital setting.
