职位：区域销售经理—压铸及机加

【岗位职责】：

• 组织所负责区域销售工程师作好指定地区金属加工、压铸行业现有客户的维护以及新客户开发和市场开拓，完成年度销售指标；
• 及时准确的了解市场动态、协助产品经理和销售经理制定和完善中、长期区域销售规划；
• 开发和管理代理商，加强与代理商的战略合作关系。

【岗位要求】：

• 年龄28-40岁，大专以上学历，机械、材料、金属加工、化工专业优先;
• 3～5年压铸及金属加工相关工业品销售经验及销售团队管理经验，熟悉相关工业工厂和市场环境，热爱销售工作, 且工作注重结果；
• 有团队意识, 愿意培养下属并和其他同事分享经验和教训, 能适应频繁出差；
• 良好的英语读、写能力及基础的英语口语能力者优先；
• 有驾照优先考虑；
• 有突出压铸或机加工业品耗材销售团队管理经验或客源丰富者以上要求可适当放宽。

Position: Regional Sales Manager - Die Casting and Metal Working

【Main Responsibilities】:

• Be responsible for organizing sales team to secure existing customers and develop new customers and market for die casting release agent and metal working fluid in the specified market area, and achieving annual sales target.
• Collect and analyze marketing information and identify opportunities for regional sales and support Product Manager and China Sales Manager to improve the medium & long term sales strategy that promotes sales growth
• Develop and manage the distributors and enhance the strategic partnership with them.

【Position Requiring】:

• 28-40 year-old, college or above, majored in machinery, material, metal processing & chemical engineering is preferred.
• 3-5 year relative sales and sales team management working experience, familiar with die casting and metal working industry factories and market status. Enjoy sales work and result orientated.
• Excellent team worker and willing to train the team members and share experiences, and committed to frequently traveling.
• Good English ability is preferred.
• Driving License is preferred
• Good customer resource in relative industry is preferred.
