职位：产品经理 – 机加

【岗位职责】：

• 负责金属加工液（切削液）系列产品在全国的市场开拓和销售推广策略、计划、目标和任务的制定，协助所辖产品销售团队执行和完成各项销售指标及市场目标；
• 负责组织金属加工液产品的客户技术服务和技术支持，负责组织销售团队作好对客户的售前、售中、售后的技术支持和新产品、新技术应用的普及和培训，协助销售团队与客户进行良好的沟通协调和互动；
• 负责组织团队对客户现场机加及金属加工液应用问题提出专业的解决方案。

【岗位要求】：

• 年龄35岁以上，本科以上学历，机械、材料、金属加工、化工专业优先;
• 5年以上现场金属机加工操作及技术工艺、质量管理经验，熟悉工业机械加工流程，有汽车件行业经验优先;
• 3年以上金属加工润滑油及相关配套产品的售后工作经验，熟悉全国机加行业客户和市场动态，有相关化工类行业销售团队管理经验者优先，有机加行业同类客户资源者优先；
• 具备较强的市场策划能力、解决问题及决策能力和非常出色的组织、协调、沟通能力以及计划执行能力和公关能力；
• 有较强的英语口语和书面沟通能力者优先。

Position: Product Manager- Machining Working

【Main Responsibilities】:

• Be responsible for setting the marketing and sales expansion strategy and planning, sales target and tasks, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets for J&S metalworking fluid series of products.
• Organize the team to provide effective technical service and support before and after sales and provide the professional training and promotion for the new application and new products to the customers.
• To lead and train the team to provide professional solutions for on-site application problem regarding metal working fluids and metal processing during the production at customers.

【Position Requiring】:

• 35 years old or above, Bachelor degree or above, majored in machinery, material, metal processing, chemical engineering is preferred.
• Over 5 years management experience preferably with machining working operation, technical engineering and quality control; familiar with metal processing procedures and quality requirements; working experience with auto-parts is preferred.
• Over 3 years after sales service management experience preferably with metal working fluids or other industrial materials or parts related to metal working processing and well know the industrial market trend and players; Working experience with sales team management of similar products is preferred; Good customer resource in the metal working industry is preferred.
• Excellent Communicator, planner and problem solver, and excellent decision maker and trainer with high executive ability
• Excellent English spoken and written is preferred.
