主要工作职责Major Responsibilities
负责按照配方、规格书、Artwork 、图纸等技术文件和质量检验指导书的要求对OEM/CMO代工供应商的成品在出货前进行检验，确保出货产品的质量。
Responsible for completing the quality inspection for finished products which are manufactured by OME/CMO suppliers before the product release for shipment in accordance with formulation, product specification, artwork, drawings these technical documents and quality inspection instructions to ensure the product quality prior to shipping to customers.
负责对供应商的样品按照产品开发部或者英国总部的要求进行检验。
Responsible for inspecting the samples in accordance with PD or UK team’s requirement
协助供应商质量工程师对供应商进行产品审核或过程审核。
Assis the SQE to follow up the SCAR’s implementation and effectiveness .
及时完成检验记录并输入统计表格或系统，对检验报告进行整理及扫描存档。
Timely complete the inspection record and input the inspection summary list or system, clear up the inspection reports and scan for documentation .
及时将检验发现的不合格及时通知供应商及供应商质量工程师并跟踪不合格品处理的结果。
Timely report the nonconforming product or rejected lots to suppliers and SQE, and follow the disposition result for the nonconforming products or rejections.
对供应商进行检验相关的指导和培训。
Provide the product inspection training to OEM/CMO suppliers.
推动或者协助对供应商的检验或者质量控制进行持续改进。
Drive or assist on the product inspection and continuous improvement for OEM/CMO suppliers.
协助SQE其他需要配合或者需要协助的工作。
Assist the other works which are required by SQE.
上级安排的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by superior or line manager.

资格要求（教育、经验、知识、技能及资质等）Requirements of Competency&Qualification (i.e., Education, experience, knowledge, skills and credentials)
大专以上学历，机械，机电一体化、化学、生物、制药、纺织等相关专业。
College degree or above, major in mechanical, electromechanical, chemicals, bioengineering, pharmaceutical, textile related.
3年以上驻厂质量检验员经验，有制药、湿巾、消毒剂、化妆品、医疗器械行业或者汽车行业质量检验员或验货员经验优先。
Minimum 3 years’ on-site QC inspector experience, QC inspector experience in pharmaceutical, wet wipes, disinfectant products, cosmetic , medical device or automotive industry is preferred.
熟悉ISO9001，了解ISO13485，IATF16949, GMP或GMPC任意一种行业的质量体系标准或者法规优先。
Familiar with ISO9001, knowledge about the any of industry standards and regulations including but not limited to ISO13485, IATF16949, GMP , GMPC, etc.
了解QC 七大手法，良好的质量意识，细心、认真负责且原则性强。
Basic knowledge about quality tools, good quality awareness, careful, responsible and with principle
能够适应频繁的出差到OEM/CMO供应商处检验或者到驻厂检验及必要时能够配合加班。
Able to frequently travel to or stay at OEM/CMO supplier’s factory for product inspection and also the overtime for inspection while necessary.
基本的英语读写能力，能够看懂英文文件、邮件及回复。
Basic reading and written English, able to understand the English documents and e-mails.
工作积极主动，良好沟通和团队合作精神。
Proactive, good communication and team work.
工作自律，能够在有限的监督的条件下独立自觉完成工作。
Self-disciplined and can work independently and consciously under the condition of limited supervision.
会使用计算机及常用的办公软件及邮箱。
Good command at Microsoft office and outlook.
拥有C1驾驶证
Possess the C1 driving license.
