Role Purpose 职位目标：

Overall responsibilities of G2N Claim validation and settlement tracking and reporting. Assist line Mgr. to drive the claim process enhancement and improvement.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：                   

1.      Lead team to conduct the validation per Checking Points

1)       Lead team implement standard claim process

2)       Govern the validation result with full compliance

3)       Track and prepare Claim Validation result and conduct review with stakeholders as necessary

4)       Responsible for complex problem solving and find solution for tough problems

5)       Ensure on time reconciliation with both internal and external customers with precise information providing

2.      Assist line manager on ongoing process improvement and enhancement              

1)        Conduct regular training to both internal and external to strengthen and deepen the knowledge and understanding of the G2N management process and requirement to seek for cooperation

2)        Assist internal control and IBM to conduct site audit and investigation as necessary

3)        Consistently drive management process improvement, and related SOP enhancement

4)        Consistently explore G2N claim process to improve the effectiveness and efficiency via system developing and process standardization and simplification
