Key Responsibilities
Scope: Accountable for the It solution & business of digital product/products on .com/WeChat MP store/Tmall flagship store
Product Strategy & Delivery
? Specify .com/WeChat MP store/Tmall flagship store vision and roadmap as well as user stories considering the value for the consumer and the company as well as its role and impact on the adidas digital ecosystem
? Consumer experience will be the priority, UIUX enhancement, better shopping experience, member privileges on those 3 platforms.
? Ensure the digital campaign design and delivery on 3 platforms to ensure the campaign success of adidas SP/originals/neo brand.
? Closely collaborate with the business product owner to ensure product delivery in line with the aligned roadmap and committed delivery dates
? Identify and solve dependencies with other product owners to ensure efficient delivery
? Be data driven in all aspects starting from sprint prioritization to product analytics to ensure continuous optimization
Requirements
Education & Experience
? Degree with focus on Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
? 7+ years of experience working in a Digital, eCommerce, consumer-facing IT products
? 4+ years of working as a IT BP or product management related role, preferably in an agile working setup
? Experience in rolling out consumer facing features within China Digital Eco-System would be highly valued (WeChat, Tmall)
? Experience as a IT Product Owner in at least one additional product area or domain would be highly valued
? Experience in building data lakes, instituting data dictionaries and introducing data led automation would be highly valued
? Experience in linking product strategy, features and road map to business value creation would be highly valued
Soft-Skills
? Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
? High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
Hard-Skills
? Knowledgeable about the China Digital Ecosystem across WeChat, Tmall and Native Apps
? Experienced knowledge of Agile working methods e.g. Scrum/Kanban
? Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
? Advanced understanding of IT products and capabilities
? Advanced understand of data base and data lake technologies
? Fluent in English both verbally and written
? Basic abilities in data mining and understanding of data flow across systems
