 ?  Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills 

 ?  Fluent in both oral and written Chinese and English Performance objectives To provide the best local market expertise, analysis and international experience so that clients achieve the best development result. 

 Key skills 

 ?               Team worker, self-motivated and persistence 

 ?               Proficient Mandarin and English, both written and spoken 

 ?               Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Employee specification 

 ?               Bachelor degree on real estate, surveying, economics or business related field, master degree preferred
