The main missions of test pilot are as follow:

? Analysis OEM specification, define most appropriate & just necessary testing, during Acquisition and application phrases

? Negotiate with customer our commitment on product specification

? Define and negotiate test cost and responsibility with customer

? Define and negotiate validation plan in line with project planning

? Lead validation phase execution (test method, lab equipment, jigs, external part…)

? Control and validate test sample quality and delivery schedule according to test planning

? Manage test request and follow scheduling and execution with test operation

? Analysis and communicate the test results to design team, customer

? Control the validation cost

? Propose and validate robust design solution

? Deliver synthetic and efficient reporting to project team and customer

? Negotiate the release product specification with customer

? Participate to COP testing and red alerts management (analysis of COP results versus results released by customer)

Qualification of candidate will have/be:

? Language : English: Fluent, German in priority

? Engineering degree in mechanics

? Working Experiences in Automotive Industry, family with VW validation, or seat Validation in priority

? Demonstrated strong communication skills and autonomy

? Good negotiation skill

? Team spirit
