职位描述

Responsibility

Work as a partner for Wholesale Distributors responsible for the development and maintenance for the local retail network, execution for sales strategies to ensure the continuous business growth.


Typical Duties:

· Responsible for achieving the sales target and key business index: sales, profit, growth and account receivable cage.

· Formulate area business development plan and the WD network plan, screen and assess potential distributors.

· Manage area WD business development plan and implementation, evaluate WD’s performance.

· Provide the relevant training (product knowledge, sales skill and business management) to WD sales team and retail clients for constantly improving the sales capacity for both WD and the retailers.

· Fully utilize and manage market and competitive information (outlets census data, automobile and battery adapter information, consumer behavior research information, rival market coverage and permeate etc), and constantly optimize market segmentation and target to improve sales efficiency.

· Help WD to establish and manage the sales team, build up distributor personnel selection, development and salary incentive system.

· Implement company's market and brand promotion plan, optimize resource input and output.

· Use and implement company's sales management tools (CRM and jobs report and so on).


Requirements

· College degree or above

· Must have channel sales experience

· Data analysis ability

· Excellent communication skills and good negotiation skills

· Logic thinking and problem solving ability

· Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Good command of English

· Auto parts industry and FMCG industry working experience is preferred


Working Conditions:

· Require travel and flexible working hours

· May be home-based according to different situations

· The working locations will be subject to the listed locations
