Job Responsibilities:

• Develop training materials & programs for retail team based on business needs.

• Conduct routine orientation training.

• Train up retail team with strong knowledge of the brand, products and new collections.

• Organize workshops & trainings regarding sales knowledge, selling skills, client-telling skills etc.

• Support manager and leader to develop and implement yearly retail training calendar

• Support manager to Identify retail training needs and review it timely.

• Deliver training programs in high quality, professionally evaluate and follow up training effectiveness.

• Translate and proof-read training documents to ensure optimal quality for all training materials

• Provide training logistics like determining the location, time, facilities and training support required for training activities.

• Closely collaborate with Leader and retail team of assigned region to deliver training and coaching programs basing on business needs

• Visit stores periodically for to check sales knowledge, sales skills, and performance．

Requirements:

• Around 3 years retail training experience.

• Good business sense and know about market trends

• Good training and coaching skills

• Good planning and organization skills

• Have a strong ability to build relationships

• Attention to detail and execution

• Fluent in both English and Chinese communication

• Good PC skills, especially for PPT

• Willing to travel.
