Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：                   

1.    Conduct daily validation per Checking Points

1)        According to checking points, 100% review responsible G2N expense to validate that service

has been provided based on the submitted supporting documents as well as sufficient supporting documents to support payments;

2)        Follow up rejected claims till the problems be fully solved and go for standard claim process

3)       Log claim checking result of each claim transaction

4)        Well filling all claim supporting and templates

5)        Conduct communication with both internal and external for claim process orientation

6)        List outstanding cases with review result for escalation and decision made on "pay" or " not pay"

7)        Provide Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to fulfil business needs      

8)        On job training to mobilize the claim process and requirement

2.      T_Code maintenance

1)         T_code generation

2)         Portal Information loading and data checking

3)         Reconciliation conduction with distributor and customer on Portal
