Job Description:

- Lead the development of new products for Asia Pacific market needs, focus on CN / JP / KR / IN countries.

- Responsible for marketing specifications, documentation, product lifecycle

- Work closely with global product managers

- Product training and technical support to sales team in Asia  

- Regular feedback meetings and product improvements for local designed products

- Market analysis for own products such as market landscape, market share and competitions (competitor product benchmarks)

- Process owner of relevant processes

- Support global product management activities in China

- Above 5 years of working experience in international industrial company (harness manufactures or car OEMs are preferred)

- Experienced in product management or project management

- Engineering background of mechanical or automation

- Excellent presentation skills

- Wire processing know-how is preferred
