-Function: Supply Chain

-Location: Beijing

Identifying and executing O2C process initiatives to improve performance, monitor execution of controls and meet current and future business/market needs

Driving high level data analysis & visibility through smart tools.

Managing the improvement:

* Ensure transparency of the process

* Proactively finds the bottle neck and continuous optimization opportunities in O2C operation of each Business Service Center (BSC)

* Closely work with BSC head & Super Users to review process & system set up, log actions and ensure all on track

* Monitor and report on the performance of the function KPIs in well designed format. Develop tailor made and efficient performance visibility report & dashboard by leveraging tools like PowerBI.

* Proactive recommendation after rigorous analysis (e.g: new filter parameters)

* Well understand global new release of system / tool update and train local team

* Promote good practices and sharing across organization at all levels of learning logs

* Proactively engage operational functions, providing a clear understanding of the results (benefits and competency building) through appropriate communication channels and training/coaching session

* Determination of Root Cause for repetitive or systemic exceptions and coordinates the identification of an owner to implement action plans across the O2C Process and/or Functional Stakeholders.

Ensure support & communication:

* Support CoC in defining common ways of working to maximize the efficiency and standardization

* Support function in order to continuously review, follow up and monitor progress to improve:

*Customer Service level

*Freshness as a "mindset"

*Deliver Competitive Advantage

*Minimize exceptions

*Enable cost improvements

*Excel in Compliance

* Escalate issues regarding alignment, communication and ways of solving exceptions - drive a clear "path to action"

* Ensures that the improvements are continuously translated directly into a visible and tangible value. Communicate to the marke the benefits of the initiatives for our customers and Nestlé.

* 5-7 of operational experience in Continuous Improvement and Order-to-Cash. Specialization in: Demand Capture & Order Filtering, Stock Allocation & Order Optimization, Billing & Pricing, Logistics

* Strong data analysis skill, proficiency in data analytic tool like Power BI, Python, etc.

* Be skilled in Excel/Powerpoint

* Be open minded and open to changes, and good at change management

* Project leadership: successfully lead projects and ensure status on time update

* Working experience in FMCG companies is preferrable

* Experience of working with senior management

* Leading and coaching problem-solving activities (basic, intermediate and complex problem-solving methodologies)

* College/University degree required
