Responsibilities

    

1.     Participate in the discussion practical design solutions for a variety of functional requirements.

    

2.     Participate in the simple product designs using a CAD system.

    

3.     Participate in new product data imported from R&D to factory and the prototype work.

    

4.     Work with testing, workshop & suppliers to bring about timely introduction of designs.

    

5.     Spare parts manual and operator manual compile and revise.

    

6.     Other task assigned by R&D Team Leader/ Operations Director.

Requirements

    

1.  Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree college student in Agriculture Mechanical Engineering or  

    

  Vehicle engineering.

    

2. Trained in the use of CAD software, Siemens NX is preferred.

    

3. Trained in mechanical calculation, FEA is preferred.

    

4. Knowledge of technologies such as machinery, hydraulic, electrical.

    

5. Knowledge of industrial process technologies such as casting, welding, machining, etc.

    

6. Strong capability for trouble shooting.

    

7. Strong initiative and learning willingness.

    

8. Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

    

9. Good communications and presentation skills.

    

10. At least work 3 days per week.
