General Role职位概要:

Mainly responsible to manage the return flows, working closely with after sales team and Paris team to ensure the smooth export operations on a timely manner with high quality. Daily support import business and follow up closely with vendors for coordination including EDI payment, stock transfers, sample express etc. Assist line manager to complete certain reports on request and better understand and work towards achieving the department goals.

主要职责为处理退货流程，和售后及巴黎团队紧密联系，确保顺利的，及时的出口操作，提供高质量的服务。协助日常进口业务和供应商保持积极有效沟通包括付税，转货, 样品快件等，根据要求协助完成相关报告，更好地了解和完成部门目标。

Main Responsibilities: 主要职责

To prepare import-export documentation including invoice, packing list and relevant permit/certification where applicable, and daily EDI payment.

负责与进出口流程相关的单证(发票,箱单及进出口许可证及证书等)及日常付税;

To follow up all return procedures and ensure a smooth operation of export and effective communication with Paris team.

跟进所有退货流程，确保顺利出口并和巴黎团队进行有效沟通；

To make effective communication with different vendors on daily basis to ensure smooth import-export operations.

确保日常与供应商之间的有效沟通，顺利展开进出口操作业务。

Timely update all relevant reports and KPI analysis.

定期更新相关业务报表与数据分析

Requirements:

Luxury or fast-fashion logistics background would be preferable. Minimum 2-3 years working experience is required.

至少2-3年工作经验，奢侈品或快消品物流从业经验者优先。

Good team spirit, strong interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.

良好的团队精神, 较强的沟通和解决问题的能力。

Strong data analysis skills on reporting.

擅长数据分析及各类报告。

Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.

良好的普通话和英语听说读写能力。

Being good at self-learning and self-motivation.

Good command of computer skills, WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
