Job Description:

-Focus on develop and manage local customer to acquire new business (electrification and connectivity products)

-Maintains good relationships with customers and responsible for collecting customers’ needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations

-Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal

-Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model

-Support function head to complete yearly growth plan build up

-Fluent in English and Chinese, other languages are plus

-Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering)

-Minimum of 5 years Sales Experience in Tier 1 or engineering/purchasing/supply chain experience in local OEM

-Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and build up quotation

-Experience with local OEMs (Geely/SAIC/Changan/GAC/DFM/Others)

-Accept frequent business trips (3-4 times a month)

-Preferred Items That Shortlist a Good Candidate

1. Deep understanding in local customer development
2. Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics
3. Experience with electrification and connectivity product sales

   4. Experience with NEV customer development
