This position will assist Logistics/planning supervisor to finish all the documentation includes on-line shipping informaitonn input and paper documents express. Keep all the shipping documents to be presented to negotiation bank within stipulated time, ensure cargo got customs clearance smoothly.

该职位是协助计划/物流主管完成所有的文件工作，包括线上的出运信息输入和纸质的文件快递寄送，并保证所有的文件在规定的时间内提交给相对应的窗口使得货物顺利完成清关和议付。

Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

1. Skill in logistic process and documentation preparation.

精通物流流程和文件工作

Maintain a positive working relationship with all Werner's customers/the third party logisctics companys. Actively communicate and request timely documentation from all suppliers.

与稳耐所有客户/第三方物流公司保持积极的工作关系。积极沟通，要求所有的供应商及时提供文件。

Primary responsibility is to handle all shipping process for direct export clients.

主要职责是为直发客户准备全套出口资料。

Work closely with Werner customs broker to ensure timely customs clearance and shipment release.

与稳耐指定货代紧密合作，确保货物及时清关放行。

Have a good work relationship with Werner planners,customer representatives and freight forwarder operations to expedite each shipment.

与稳耐的下订单人员，客户联系人，货运公司操作保持良好的工作关系，以加快每票货物的发送。

Assist in developing and improving logistic/planning processes and procedures.

协助发展改进物流工作的流程和步骤。

Support and assist other team members of deparment as needed.

在必要的时候支持和协助部门其他职能小组

Experience and Education:

工作经验及教育

1. Recent graduate is avaiable, more than two year’s relevant working experience is a plus.

毕业生即可，两年相关工作经验者优先。

2. College or above degree.

大专及以上学历

3. Knowledge of export documents(commercial invoices, packing lists, FCR,billing of lading,certificate of origin,certificates of inspection,etc).

出口文件的专业知识：商业发票、装箱单、FCR、提单、原产地证、质检报告等）

4. Fluent in English (written and oral) and Mandarin(written and oral).

英语流利（书面及口头），普通话（母语）

5. Capable of working with English language shipping systems (e.g. purchasing and booking management systems).

能够在英语环境的系统下工作（采购和订舱管理系统）

6. Good communication skills with suppliers, ovseas peers and team members.

良好的沟通方式（与供应商、其他部门及船公司）

7. Must have excellent time management skills and result-oriented.

8. Highly self-motivated and must be able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
