岗位职责

1、 办公用品、劳保用品、员工生日会用品的采买管理、工会事宜对接工作；

2、负责公司电脑网路和相关设备的维护及检查工作；

3、 固定资产定期统计维护及各部门办公后勤保障工作；

4、 对外相关部门联络接待，对内接待来访、接听来电、解答咨询及传递信息工作；

5、 协助办理会议、培训、公司集体活动组织与安排，节假日慰问等；

6、公司绿植及用水、用纸、信函、快递接收等；

任职要求：

1. 本科毕业，企业管理相关专业，2年以上工作经验；

2. 熟悉公司行政管理制度流程。
