职责:
1.NPI阶段客户的关键沟通窗口
2.NPI项目管理， 推动项目持续进行以满足客户的期望
3.领导各个功能小组成员从产品开发阶段一直到稳定量产
4.组织管理项目会议
5.协调和管理所有NPI试生产， 并在试产前推动所有工作准备就绪
6.协助指导项目小组解决问题
7.推动项目交付任务能够按计划完成
8.推动项目达到关键业绩指标
9.财务管理
Responsibility:
1. Key interface with Customer during NPI phase
2. NPI project management, push project moving forward to meet Customer’s expectation
3. Lead cross functional team from product development phase to stable high volume production
4. Manage project meeting with team and Customer
5. Coordinate all NPI builds like Proto, EVT, DVT, and drive the readiness prior to build
6. Mentor team members to solve issues
7. Drive project deliverables on schedule
8. Drive NPI KPI to be achieved
9. Financial control

职位要求：
1.5年以上制造业经验， 具有项目管理或者测试/制造工程背景
2.必须具备NPI经验， 具有3年以上NPI经验者优先
3.良好的沟通技巧
4.英语说写流利
5.熟悉MS办公软件的应用
6.工作努力， 积极和自律

Position Requirement
1. 5+ years work experience in manufacturing related to Program/Project management or Test/Manufacturing Engineering
2. NPI experience is a must, 3+ years NPI experience is preferred
3. Good communication skill
4. Good at both written and spoken English
5. Familiar with MS office application
6. Hard working, self-motivated and well disciplined
