职责:
1. 新产品试生产制程主导者
2. 组装制程开发:组装方法提议/流程/临时制程指导文件/间接物料清单/上料清单
3. 特别制程技术开发,如: 点胶,超声波焊接.压合,防尘制程,防水产品测试,等等
4. 制程优化/防呆防错手法运用
5. UPH/工时平衡/生产效能提升的持续推动
6. 组装夹具开发:夹具的简化表示/夹具设计建议/夹具验收
7. 品质问题解决:设计修改优化/制程能力提升/组装技术的提升
8. 包装流程开发: 包装BOM确认及建议/ 包装材料设计及规格制定
职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历,机械工程学或相关工程技术专业
2. 4年或以上组装制程工程师经验
3. 熟悉新产品开发流程
4. 丰富的机械技术知识
5. 熟悉各种机构件组装手法
6. 了解Pro-E的基本操作,AutoCAD熟练。
7. 英语4级及以上,良好的英文读写/英语口语交流能力
Responsibility:
1. Act as process leader for NPI build;
2. Assembly process development: Assembly proposal/ Flowchart/TQCI/IDM list/ PFMEA/ Loading list
3. Special assembly technology development: Glue dispensing, Ultrasonic welding, Press fit, dust-proof process, water proof testing, etc…
4. Process optimization/POKA YOKE application
5. UPH& line balance& efficiency driving
6. Fixture development: fixture simplification presentation/ Fixture design proposal& review/ Fixture buy-off
7. Quality issue solving: Design modification/ Process improvement/ Assembly technical improvement
8. Packing process development: Packing BOM review& proposal/ Packing material specify & design
Position Requirement
1. College or above, major in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering
2. At least 4years experience in box build as a PE
3. Familiar with NPI build development process
4. With rich Mechanical technology knowledge
5. Familiar with normal mechanical assembly method
6. Know basic Pro-E operation and familiar with AutoCAD.
7. CET level 4 or above, and good at both written &spoken English
