Plan Development and Stewardship
? Develop and execute Global Healthy Eating strategy (including naturally healthy F&B, healthy cooking and cookware) with plans to acquire new customers and accelerate business growth, bring to market innovation with speed and quality, also drive sustainable, profitable growth, in key focus markets
Product Development and Innovation
? Contribute to the portfolio strategy development and lead / execution hero products innovations that support key markets portfolio strategy while partnering with affiliates and cross functional teams to deliver:
1. Deliver data-driven and consumer-centric products and solutions that strengthen the innovation pipeline in selected opportunity areas (global in scope)
2. Deliver personalized solutions and experiences that establish ABOs as value creators
Consumer and Distributor Experience
? Provide support to marketing solutions & experiences in support of all global consumer and distributor-targeted foundational contents including social and PR as part of new launch toolkits.
? Use an understanding of Distributor behavior, innovation selling support and Distributor communications to improve Distributor metrics of recruitment, retention and productivity for the innovation portfolio.

? Related Experience (years):8+ years marketing/ business experience. World leading MNC marketing team. Experience working in either FMCG, cookware, CPG categories.
? Exceptional skills in leading, motivating, and influencing global, cross-functional organizations within a matrix structure.
? Confident and engaging leadership style, direct communicator with high emotional intelligence.
? Change agent who has demonstrated the ability to champion product and process innovation, and has an understanding of stage gate processes.
? Demonstrated success in building brand equity and innovation for global, consumer-oriented brand building experience.
? A structured thinker who balances well analytical thinking with strategic/ conceptual thinking and someone who can analyze complex data, assess priorities, identify key opportunities and communicate in a way that is inspiring to a broad audience.
? Demonstrated ability to work in a less-structured environment, with the ability to set clear direction.
? Highly flexible and strong learning agility, with the ability to adapt to an evolving organization. Agile innovation experience highly preferred.
? Flexibility to travel for multi-day trips both domestically and internationally.
