职位描述

1. 根据企业公众号运营要求和整体设计风格，参与创意策略的研讨和制定。

Based on operational requirements of corporate wechat account and general design style of corporate, take part in the discussion and development of creative strategy.

2. 为运营内容和活动提供视觉设计支持，通过良好的视觉传达与表现，增加品牌感染力，并提升用户的视觉体验。

Provide support on visual design for articles in corporate wechat account and other events; increase brand appeal, and promote visual experience of users through good visual communication and manifestation.

3. 负责线下相关项目，活动，专题的设计与创意工作。

Be responsible for design and creative job of related offline project/event/special topic.

4. 与整个团队配合，共同提升公众号或相关活动的影响力，增加公众号或活动的推广效果。

Cooperate with the team to promote the influence of corporate account or related events, and to increase promotional effectiveness of corporate account or events.

5. 独立运营管理微信、微博等社交媒体平台。制定有效的内容运营计划。

Independently manage social media platforms such as WeChat and Weibo.

6. 部门领导交给的其他工作。

Other missions given by dept. superior.

职位要求

Key requiements

1. 大专及以上学历，美术，平面设计，广告等相关专业；

college degree or above, major in art, graphic design, advertising or related;

2. 3年以上平面设计工作经验，有广告公司或公关公司从业经验优先；

Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design, experience working in advertising agency or public relation agency preferred;

3. 精通常用美工软件Photoshop，Illustrator，Coreldraw，Dreamweaver等；

High level proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw, Dreamweaver, PPT etc.;

6. 具有深厚的美术功底和和良好的创意策划能力，对色彩有深刻的把握力，独特的设计风格，独到的创意视点与创新意识；

Rich art basis and good creative and design ability, good handling with colors, unique design style, original creative point and consciousness of innovation.

4. 熟悉微信网页制作，能与公众号文案紧密配合；熟悉企业运营设计，可与公司宣传部门完美协作；

Familiar with wechat webpage making, closely coordinate with copywriter; familiar with design of wechat account, perfectly cooperate with communication dept..

5. 对设计趋势有较强的敏感度，具备开阔的眼界；

Strong sensitiveness in design trend, open view.

6. 热爱设计行业，责任心强，具有较好的团队合作意识，沟通能力.

Interesting in design industry, strong sense of responsibilities, good team player, communicate and work with team members effectively.
