Business Unit/Function:Grocery

Location: BeiJing

Build and optimize the Omni-channel platforms to drive shopper engagement and shopper data acquisition

Shape and implement shopper marketing strategy on toolkits and backstage system building and develop 1 to 3 years strategic plan

Develop Omni-channel CRM toolkits that lands offline shopper engagement and record shopper behaviors

Innovate and develop functions on CRM platforms to support member recruitment, engagement and conversion tracking, develop CRM backstage to help recording shopper and activity data.

Keep updated to technology trends and shopper trends, quickly react to develop and land related functions and campaigns

Design and develop new functions to support customized activity for specific channel.

Regular review on feedbacks on toolkits operation and continuously improve system using experience.

Support regional CCSD team in terms of platform maintenance, activity Q&A and necessary O2O training, link regional team and supporting agencies

Manage agencies to ensure we have best offers and services to support online offline business development

- Graduate with at least 3 years experience in CRM/Omni system development and management, better with CCSD/Omni sales experience;

 - Experience in agency management, digital way of business development;

 - Understands Omni platform and system development process, experienced in landing some of then in the past
