Nestle Purina PetCare / Trade Operation Excellence

Location: Shanghai

Facilitate ASM to drive excellent execution on (incl. but not limited): PTE&FME plan & spending control, EMP project enhancement, by brand penetration acceleration, personnel efficiency improvement etc., to deliver sustainable & high quality business growth.

1. Facilitate ASM to drive excellent execution: city coverage / by brand penetration / EMP enhancement etc.

2. Facilitate ASM to improve personnel efficiency: eg. visit call achievement, visit route optimization...

3. Co-work with CCSD team to manage regional PTE&PFME plan and spending progress.

4. Projects management, incl. top customers JBP, seasonal promotion, in-store execellent execution etc.

1. More than 3 years commercial experience. Previous experience in Marketing & Sales.

2. Business mindset: understands key business functions i.e. Commercial, Finance, Technical, Supply Chain.

3. Good communication and coordination ability: strong planning/communication capability and teamworking skills.

4. Creativity and initiative.

5. Enough passionate for Pet business.
