Main Responsibilities

• Handle Order-To-Cash transactions and data master maintenance in SAP system, including made-to-order and consignment order for APAC regions
• Handle customers' enquiries in timely and professional manner
• Intensive communication with different internal and external stakeholders ensuring all the orders/shipments to comply with regulatory  
• Close monitoring with plant and working with planning team for on-time delivery
• Continuous review process flow with Manager for process improvement
• Responsible on 3PL management
• Responsible on custom clearance
• Responsible for consignment process and monthly billing
• Other duties as assigned

Educations & Experiences

• At least 6 years' experience in fast paced customer service department providing order management support (medical/pharmaceutical experience is a definite advantage)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Good knowledge of supply chain and inventory management

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication
• Detailed minded, must possess strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, a good team player
• Must be able to maintain multiple projects at one time.
• Very strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Additional Asian languages are an advantage (e.g. Korean)
• Experience in ERP system, preferably SAP
• Strong Excel skills
