职位描述
Job Description:
- Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with carrier / agent
- Support sales calls to introduce operation procedures
- Trace and track day to day shipments and report the cargo processing status to the clients as per
their request
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Coordinate special requests from customers
- Prepare reports and statistic to customers on a regular basis as per their request
Requirements:
- College degree or above major in Logistics/International Trade/Business English or relevant
- 5 Years above experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry, at least 3 years operation
experience of sea freight export cargo shipments
- Be familiar with the operation procedure of sea freight export shipments
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- Good command of MS-Office
- Good communication skills
