l   Manage timely, quality accounting records and ensure accounting process and records in comply with statutory requirements.

l   Lead monthly closing and various reconciliation works.

l   Ensure accuracy booking including proof review journal postings and review monthly accruals, provisions and any adjustment.

l   Develop and maintain performance measurement baselines, prepare variance analysis and quantifies risk for management action.

l   Monthly balance sheet review and cooperate internal audit.

l   Coordinate and clean external audit report.

l   Properly clean yearly tax filing and report.

l   Manage chart of accounts and accounts codes according to Group Accounting Menu and PRC Accounting GAAP.

l   Ensure required reporting timely and in accordance with group instructions and ensure appropriate monthly PRC reports and annual financial reporting to relevant authorities.

l   Lead tax accountant to ensure tax journal booking accuracy and complete tax return including VAT, income tax and other local tax complying with local tax laws and rules.

l   Proactive support business project management and capital expenditure, other financial projects requirement.

l   Conduct and control cash management, banking, foreign exchange and accounting in support of the fiduciary responsibilities of the Company.

l   Identify and resolve finance system issues. Support the development and deployment of cost.

l   Conduct cost/price analysis to support new project and customer development.

l   Responsible for team retaining talents and continuous improvement.

l   Take over sister company Shanghai accounting.
