职位描述
1.Candidate shall take over mechanical and electromechanical parts. This goes along with review of designs, involvement of all internal sourcing-relevant disciplines, and initiating and closing of sourcing processes.
2.Covering material cost, kick-off and track supplier component reviews, component timing and technical feasibility through supplier.
3.Purchasing Representative in project team from acquisition phase until SOP and interface to Category Management.
4. Further project-specific Tasks: Review of project milestones, participation in Core Team Meetings, and aligning of all project-relevant sourcing activities with AP colleagues.
5.Ensure early involvement of sourcing relevant disciplines and suppliers.
6. BOM cost calculation: Generation and evaluation of BOM cost during project quotation phase.
7.Control BOM cost: Track and Improve BOM cost from project quoting phase until SOP. Define measures to close the gaps to target BOM cost.
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Good spoken and written English
3. Engineering (e.g. mechanics and/or electromechanics) background is preferred
4.Familiar with SAP/Lotus Notes/Microsoft office application
5.Capable to negotiate prices with worldwide supply base as well as to communicate with international teams
6.At least 5 years purchasing experience - in automotive industry
7.Eager to learn
8.Good communication skill
