主要职责:

1、建立健全财务组织建设，确保财务工作有序开展；

2、制定并实施年度、月度工作计划，有效推动财务工作质量和工作效率的不断提升；

3、负责财务报表编制，进行财务报表初步分析，为经营决策提供有效支持；

4、负责所辖人员会计核算业务的内控审计工作；

5、负责对内对外的财务报表信息的披露管理；

6、针对项目性的工作，协调、组织人员，配合财务总监完成工作；

7、组织财务人员的培训，提高专业知识和专业技能；

8、对财务人员进行日常管理与工作考核。

任职要求:

1、年龄30至45岁，男女不限，本科及以上学历，研究生优先考虑，会计、金融类相关专业；中级以上职称，注册会计师(CPA)、注册税务师（CTA）优先；

2、8年以上相关工作经验，5年以上大型国际化贸易公司或非标制造业企业财务管理工作经验；

3、熟练掌握企业财务管理、税务筹划、资金管理等知识和操作流程；

4、较高的稳定性和忠诚度，较高的协调能力，较高的资源调派能力、较高的责任心、较强的团队建设能力和领导能力；

5、信守承诺，公正廉洁，保密意识强。
