-      Accomplish the company objectives by formulating a business strategy   towards the customer and develop new opportunities for business.

-    Achieve sales targets and lead the team to achieve set KPIs.

-    Understand customer needs, customer and market insights to formulate Business Plan with the customer.

-    Review constantly current business practices and performance with customer and internally.

-      Negotiate Trading Terms, promotions, listings and price increase etc   and communicate properly to ensure implementation on time.

-    Plan and monitor trade spend on customer. 

 

-    University Graduate or above

-     At least 5 years sales experience with track record dealing with multi-national companies

-     Good command of both spoken and written English; 

-     Leadership by Example;

-     Hard working and sales target achieving oriented
