Main Accountabilities：

1. Initiate product developments: investigate new ideas, prepare evaluation report / start papers, compile customer requirements, create business plan and develop marketing concept in close consultation with WCN Marketing.

2. Seeking new market opportunities within the company’s distinctive competence

3. Analyzing product performance and sales figures.

4. Maintaining the product family roadmap

5. Approving final marketing and go-to-market plans

6. Competitive analysis

7. Monitoring the implementation of product projects

8. Initiate and contribute to product launch activities. Propose communication strategy. Anticipate and realize communication interface with rest of group (Sales, Marketing, etc.). Positioning the product for markets and all buyers

9. Creating standard presentations, sales tools and pre-sales documents

10. Follow and analyze market and competition developments, technologies and applications of considered product ranges and related regulations.

11. Drive benchmarking studies to identify market opportunities, gather competitor intelligence, domestic and international sales profitability trends and support building business cases for product portfolio management.

12. Product lifecycle follow up (KPI reporting, analyze gaps to initial targets, propose evolution of product positioning on market, follow up product performance)

Requirements：

1. Degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing

2. 3 years‘experience as product manager for GI products

3. Solid experience and knowledge of general industry product and application

4. working experience in multi-cultural environment

5. Languages: English is a must, local group languages
