Key Responsibilities:

1. Strictly implement company policy and procedures.
2. Take full responsibility ofmanagement in production department. Manage day-to -day operation of the company’s production jobs and associated activities.
3. Fulfill the production plan by well managing the utilization of people and equipment resource and ensure productivity and OTD requirements. 
4. Supervise all production processes to make sure the compliance with quality and method all related instructions and requirements. 
5. To well setup annual production budget and through strictly control to ensure manufacturing cost within the budget. 
6. Responsible for lean production and continuous improvement in workshop.
7. Overseeing the company’s production equipment, software and hardware. Ensuring the provision of production technology. Provide recommendations on production technology developments.
8. Overseeing the health, safety and environmental requirements for production department.
9. Partner and Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and other internal departments to resolve issues and concerns.
10. Support and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Quality departments
11. Providing timely production updates and report to upper management team covering all production aspects. 
12. Other tasks assigned by General manager.

Qualification Requirements：

* Education background: Bachelor in mechanical or related field 

* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：

1. At least 5 years’ experience in production management.  

2. Working experience in multi-national enterprise is preferred. 

3. Excellent oral communication skills including proven skills in leading a workforce. Developing and managing cooperative working relationships.

4. Effective written communication skills including report writing

5. Good knowledge and skills in Lean manufacturing is preferred. 

6. Ability to handle responsibility and pressure of meeting deadlines. Hands on approach to work. 

. Proficiency in MS Office Suite
